Guiding Hands utilizes individualized Passport funding through Developmental Services Ontario. You must be eligible for supports through Developmental Services Ontario to access our services.
Application Support
Our team can walk you through the application process for supports through Developmental Services Ontario, including the application for Passport Funding.
Administration
We can provide administration of individualized funding including making purchases and submitting expenses as approved under the Passport program guidelines. We will complete an annual budget with you to ensure your funding lasts the entire year.
Adventure Based Day Programs
Each month, our day program puts out a calendar packed with fun trips and activities. Our members have the option to choose what activities or trips they wish to sign up for.

Individualized Support
We recognize that groups are not the best option for everyone.
Individualized support allows for a one-on-one support worker to assist with life skills, goals, and recreation.
Interim Case Management
If you have been waitlisted for case management support but require access to that support immediately, we offer interim support on a case by case basis, funded through your Passport Funding
Drop In Programs
Our fun, low cost, drop-in days provide a safe space, fun activities, and friends to share your time with three days a week.
Currently running Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
HOPE Outreach Program
Our Homelessness, Outreach, Prevention and Education program is designed to support individuals who struggle with homelessness, addictions, and/or mental health.
This program focuses on engaging with the individual, building rapport, developing life skills, and addressing housing and addiction issues
